A-1 Self Storage Commercial Client Spotlight: HNF Meats
With more than 50 locations across California, A-1 Self Storage has a large and diverse collection of commercial clients who utilize storage to help their businesses operate more efficiently in some way or another. One such client is Ryan Ghalehshahi, with the local company HNF Meats. They have been in business since 1984. While they don’t advertise online like most businesses do today, they still have a strong base of customers, delivering meat to more than 30 restaurants in the area.
“South and Central American cuisine is our focus,” said Ryan. “Mexican restaurants especially. Our client base ranges from Pomona to Long Beach. All of our restaurants we serve are local, family run businesses.”

“We deliver meat, poultry, and seafood. I rent a space from A-1 to park my truck in at night,” said Ryan. “I do this because I don’t want it to be out on the street overnight. I want it somewhere that’s safe, that’s clean, that’s protected from the weather. It’s great peace of mind. I don’t have to worry about theft or anyone messing with it.”
Ryan also noted how important it is for his business to have his delivery truck looking clean and well kept when he arrives at a restaurant with a delivery.
“Cleanliness is the number one goal for us. I’m delivering food to my customers, and if my truck didn’t look clean then that wouldn’t have a good impact on them, or make them feel good about the food inside the truck. So things being clean is very important to us.”
