Holiday Hours

We hope you have an amazing holiday season with your loved ones! To allow our team members to celebrate the season and spend quality time with those closest to them, our holiday schedule is as follows:

December 24 – rental offices & Call Center close at 2 PM

December 25 – rental offices & Call Center are closed

December 31 – rental offices close at 4 PM & Call Center closes at 5 PM

January 1 – rental offices & Call Center are closed

For your convenience, although the office will be closed, you will have normal access to your unit on Christmas and New Year’s Day at most A-1 locations. The following locations will have the grounds closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day: Bell Gardens/Garfield, El Monte, Oakland - Coliseum, and Oakland - High Street.


Please note that the gates to our El Monte & Oakland - Coliseum properties will also close at 2 PM on Christmas Eve and at 4 PM on New Year's Eve.
